Semi-deciduous small tree, absolutely covered in pretty pink pom-pom flowers in summer. Perfect for small gardens. Mulch thickly with good compost, water regularly and feed with high nitrogen organic or chemical fertilizer to boost growth. Needs a sunny, well drained, sheltered position.

New to cultivation, this soft, willowy Gnidia has performed impressively so far and deserves to be considered as a worthwile garden and landscaping plant. It responds well to hard pruning, flowers all year and grows well in a variety of positions and soil types. Produces masses of soft pale yellow flowers all year - grow either as a tall shrub (±2m) or prune to form a compact border or container plant. For prime results feed with organic fertilizer or slow release 3:1:5 and water regularly.
